Good customer service online is still a luxury in my experience and the companies that can pull it off and still survive will always stand out above the rest. Zerbee stood out there in my purchase when I made contact regarding an order. My phone call was replied to promptly. The answers I needed happened quickly and efficiently and I was back to my normal day in no time. My order was on track and the products were as expected. Great value for the price as well.\n\nThe only suggestion I have is from my 2nd purchase with you. I ordered 4 of the same product and they all arrived in separate boxes. The boxes were big enough to hold well over 4 of the items, so it seemed inefficient to me that they were sent in separate boxes all arriving at the same time. Aside from that, I'll be shopping w/Zerbee again! Thanks
