Our first shipment was 80% successful. One item, a box of paper arrived and was an utter mess. The wrappers for each ream of paper was torn to shreds, leaving paper flying and damaged. We contacted customer support and sent me a return shipping label and we got a new and in-tact shipment in return. \nBringing the 60 lb box to the UPS store was a huge pain, so if there were a way to arrange a pickup that would be even better. \n
