This was, hands-down, the most positive "order it online" experience that I've EVER had. I ordered it at 10:57 am on a Thursday and received it at 10:47 am on a Friday - and it was IDENTICAL to an item I found at another office supply retailer (I copied/pasted their description, INCLUDING the manufacturer, into a search engine) for half the price. I could NOT be happier.
