I have never had any issues ordering from zerbee.com. My orders arrive quickly and as described. My only issue regarding this particular order is that 2 of the wire files were missing the front rubber caps for the base but I didn't bother contacting because the employee who requested them didn't mind. \n\nI would definitely order from them again.
