You handled my order very satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I, after a lot of comparative shopping, apparently clicked the wrong product, so got an ungridded easel pad rather than the 1-inch gridded that I was after. The shipping being prohibitive to return it (after paying more than half the price to get it here to start with), I'll just have to figure out a way to get grid lines on it, or showing through it, when I use it.
