Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping through Zerbee.I received most of my order faster than expected and was able to order many less common items not found in stores (or even ***) at a great price.\n\nOne improvement that could be made would be the online tracking of orders. Often, the online status did not correlate to what I expected to receive on my doorstep. For example, I received pens the first day, but they were still "unshipped" online. In addition, a "delivered" status could be added to the online tracking system. Both of these suggestions could help protect against the worry of wrong orders or missing/stolen packages, which affects both buyer and seller. \n\n\n\n\n\n
