Needed a new computer chair - decided on the HON 2.0 Ignition with lumbar support. Zerbee offered best price I could find and included free shipping. Zerbee had helpful order support over the phone and easy online ordering. I received order sooner than I expected (less than a week) and no damage. Chair was easy to assemble (I did refer to video on HON website - first step in included instructions was a little confusing). Chair is comfortable and just what I needed for those long hours working at the computer. 5 stars to both Zerbee and HON.
