Service was amazing, item arrived next day. \n\nWebsite photo did not match the product. I really wanted the one in the picture, not the 'new improved' model i received. Contacted customer service and the pictured one is no longer available. \n\nNot Zerbee's fault, exactlly. Dealings and response with Zerbee's were excellent but I wish website photo matched the actual product.
