The only area i have an issue with is the time it takes my rep to get back with an answer for me. sometimes it's really just a quick yes or no on the reply back. Major problem with me. I would still recommend Zerbee and have in the past. I do make mention the lack of customer service. if you can fix that you would get a 5 star from me.
