Hello,\n\nZerbee customer service has been great. We have ordered a few desks, filing cabinets and a credenza.\nThere was some damage to the credenza and filing cabinet, but the response time and re-shipment has been taken care of. I would use Zerbee again for future purchases. \nThe only thing that is an issue for me is lead time. We work in interior design in New York City so fast turnaround and quality are key.\n\nThank You
