Excellent service. I was concerned when the website said the file cabinet was "not returnable" because it came directly form the ***., however, Zerbee assured me that if there is a problem, they would stand behind it and make it right. As it goes,*** packaged the cabinet so well that the product came in excellent condition - no bumps, no scratches, no dents. I would definitely deal with Zerbee again for my future needs.
