I ended up ordering the wrong size of what I needed, so had to return it, but I was pleased with the contact I did have with the company.\n\nThe items were not damaged, but the cut cardboard used to wrap the file frames was pretty much destroyed in transit. Many edges torn open and cardboard was also torn.
