I ordered 6 Pentel lead pencils, extra lead and erasers from Zerbee. The order arrived in 2 days so I was very pleased. The items were just rolling around loosely in the box, i feel they could've wrapped or restrained the items in the box somehow to protect them during shipping, though everything did come in tact. 2 of the 6 pencils had issues with the erasers coming off with/ in their caps when pulled off. That was a bit annoying, but I can tolerate it since it's just 2. I would still purchase from Zerbee again.
