The basic service by Zerbee was very satisfactory -- the item purchased (large and rather fragile) was in excellent condition and unexpectedly delivered within just a few days of placing the order.\n\nHowever, the customer service was rude and insulting, both in Zerbee's answer to my email request for shipment information and in my personal phone call to their office. During the first week after ordering, for some reason the "track shipping" function on the website repeatedly said that there was no record of my order, but when I asked for a checkup on that, I was curtly reminded that I had been told that the order would be delivered in two weeks or more and that I should stop asking about it and just wait. Immediately after that my family informed me that the big package had arrived!\n\nI would suggest: (1) Fix that "check shipment" button on the website; and (2) Get that crabby woman out of the customer service department -- maybe she has just been snowed in too long.
