Everything went really smooth. My order arrived faster than I expected! The only problem I had was the red pens I ordered showed up under a different tracking number. So I was confused, but customer service was prompt to explain. Also the pens were shipped in an envelope and the pen packaging was crushed during transit. Not a huge deal, but we only use 1 red pen ever few months so its nice to keep the together in a box.
