Two other people in my company were copied on all emails regarding delivery and invoice payment although I did not give out their emails/addresses.\n\nI called the customer service phone number to pay for my delivery via credit card. I was asked questions such as po# and customer/account# - both of which were not on my invoice - I had an invoice number only. After getting info on my name, ordered products I was then sent into someone's voicemail. I hit 0 to speak to a live person.\n\nThis time I got a person that asked for my account id and company information. Finally after not finding me in the system they asked if I had ordered from them - a different company name. I advised I ordered through Zerbee. They hung up and I called the customer service number again.\n\nThis time I got the same person as I first called and told her I did not want to be put into voicemail - I want to pay for my product delivery - I asked if she would pass along my info already taken about my invoice to the person she was transferring me to - she said no, I asked to not be put into voicemail and she said that she cannot tell if they were on the phone or not - I answered that the phone rang and then into voicemail so no, she was not on the line on another call. I was cut off and patched to 'Connie' to process my payment. Connie was very nice. *** Improve customer service phone tree process ***
