The product was great however the packaging was not. The item was shipped in a larger box than necessary so it was crushed with both sides hanging open. Where the top was supposed to be taped the tape was slapped on to one side so when the box was crushed the top slid apart because of the sloppy taping. The box was completely open and crushed when it arrived. Thank goodness it was a flat item without smaller pieces. Smaller items would have fallen out. It did arrive quickly but a little care might have been better than sloppy speed.
