We've been using Zerbee for over a year, and I have not yet been disappointed with Zerbee. The site is so easy to use, but if I have ever had to ask a question, the emailed customer service has always responded the same day and made any adjustments needed. I am so happy with what we have going, in fact, that when *** customer service called to find out why we had been inactive for so long, I flat out told them, "I am afraid you have been Zerbee'd
