I have never been disappointed with Zerbee. It started out almost a year ago, because I was simply price shopping. I have stayed because of the prices, sure, but also because of the customer service. I have twice asked for price matching, which was granted immediately, and did not hold my orders up at all. I have only had to return something once, and that was because I had clicked on the wrong color toner, but it was taken back without question. Orders arrive FAST.... The website works well, and the people are great. Can't do better than that!
