Pretty easy to assemble until you have to attach the back to the seat. That part is definitely a 2 person task. Chair is well made and cushions are exceptionally comfortable. Chair is very sturdy and should last for a very long time. \n\nThe chair arrived 2 days after ordering. Well packaged. Order process was easy.
