I was satisfied as I had attempted to order a similar item from two other vendors who eventually responded that they didn't have the item. My only suggestion was that when I placed the order, I was told it would take 7-14 days as the item was made to order and not in stock. After about 10 days, I checked into the order to see its status and learned that it had already shipped a few days earlier. It would have been nice to get an email when it finally shipped as a heads up.
