I was ultimately pleased with the service with this company. I tried twice to place an order, and both times it would not let me use a credit card I had used successfully at other companies (a card for a nonprofit org I am an officer for). I could not figure out what was wrong so I finally called customer service. The lady tried several times to put my card through and she could not do it either. Eventually I decided to use my own card and just bill the organization. As soon as my order was placed, she called to confirm it was me and that it worked - she wanted to make sure my order went through. I was impressed with the follow up to make sure I was satisfied. They also must have upgraded my shipping because I received my order the very next day! I was very pleased with the service and the prices, and we will be ordering here again.
