When I spoke with the representative (***) on the phone on Wednesday 3/14/18 to order some boards, I expressed to him the urgency in getting them and explained to him that I needed them for a presentation to my management team. I explained I was ordering one and once I received it and evaluated it, I would order more and it was my understanding when we got off the phone that I would receive the boards that Friday. The following Monday morning when I contacted *** due to the fact I had not received the board he said he would check on it. I didn't heard anything back until Tuesday when I received an email the board had shipped and I finally received it Thursday afternoon 3/22/18. \n\nI feel this was handled very sloppy and unprofessional, *** this could have been a huge account for your company but due to the mishandling of one product I have seen I can't depend on your service so we will not be placing any further orders.
