I was pleased with the service and the expedience of getting my products. I order the wrong binder on my 1st order. I contacted *** and got a replacement of the correct item quickly.\nI do have one concern, I am supposed to be sending the first binder order back. I have asked *** on the phone twice and once through email to issue a UPS call tag so I can get them returned. He keep telling me that customer service will send an email with the call tag info. I am still waiting! It has been a week now. I have 12 boxes in my office that I need to send back. Please help!\n***
