Thank you Zero skateboard... I taking the time to write this review because this company’s customer service went over and above for me this Christmas ... I have 8 grandchildren who have become passionate about skateboarding... so they have ask for things from this Zero skateboard co. ..me not being to tech savvy was a bit concerned about ordering on line but I went ahead and did it! ...I made some mistakes placing my orders like placing separate orders having to pay shipping 😢 now it wasn’t about the money for me but more about the integrity of the company....But they were so kind and refunded all of my shipping chargers 🙂 I forgot to put my e-mail on one order they figured that out too!😜 I was worried I hadent gotten a conformation on that order... (remember i forgot to add my e-mail😜) ..they were on it !!! Literally got the order 2 days later ... I will order with confidence in the future... thank you .. Grandma NEDDIE
