“Hi guys. I purchased 2 Zero T-shirts on September 15th. I've supported the brand for several years. However, this was a disappointing purchasing experience. The 2 shirts came to $76.50 USD, Shipping $30 US ($42 CN). There is no issue with the initial pricing. However, I had to pay $65.00 to UPS for Duty + Brokerage fees + Entrance fee + taxes. That ends up working out to $171.00! So, that's $86.00 US per shirt. Trump's border trade policies are devastating your Canadian customers. I don't think it's right that I ended up having to pay such a huge price for a couple T-shirts. What do you guys think? My fiancé is super angry with me about it, and I can't help but feel ripped off. Is there any way that you could send me out a Zero zip-up hoodie (xl) or maybe a Zero blood deck (8.0-8.5), to frey the cost of my original purchase? Perhaps let your Canadian online customers that Duty is currently at 100%. Thank you for taking this matter seriously.
