“The product is great. Missed my chance of obtaining them first time around, so I wasn’t going to miss my second. Love all things Zero since Y2K as Thomas was my hero then and still now.
However the time it takes to ship is unnerving. I was waiting at least a week from confirmation of order email to item has been dispatched. I was seriously thinking something was wrong.
Apart from that, everything was typical and I would definitely order from them again in the future as Zero stuff in Canada is getting harder to come by.”
“My grandson broke the board within 3 days of first using it. I reached out to customer service and within hours they shipped a replacement board. Will definitely use again.”
“Only giving it a four star because the board has a few splits in the top ply. The graphic is flawless but the top ply splits have me concerned about the overall strength of the board and longevity once I skate it. I don’t know if it’s going to break quicker or if gripping it going to help give it strength. I’ve included pics of the top ply splitting. Kinda sad it’s split on the top.”
“I've purchased many decks and every transaction has been smooth. However the last purchase was the Fiend screen printed, multi-color. It was shipped in a very thin bag that was sticking to the deck and left a noticeable line of light damage to the finish when peeled away. Not enough to ask for an exchange, and the screen printer dude is top notch, but they should either use a heavier bag that isn't going to stick to freshly screen decks or maybe wait until they've dried more before shipping. Of course I'm sure this is the only one that's happened to you, which is often the standard feedback line in these cases. The response was, we'll pass the information along to the screen printer. 🙄”
“Love Zero Merch, was super excited to get this as their T-shirts are always true to size. Only issue is it comes about a size smaller and unfortunately won't be able tonwear after one wash.”
