“I've purchased many decks and every transaction has been smooth. However the last purchase was the Fiend screen printed, multi-color. It was shipped in a very thin bag that was sticking to the deck and left a noticeable line of light damage to the finish when peeled away. Not enough to ask for an exchange, and the screen printer dude is top notch, but they should either use a heavier bag that isn't going to stick to freshly screen decks or maybe wait until they've dried more before shipping. Of course I'm sure this is the only one that's happened to you, which is often the standard feedback line in these cases. The response was, we'll pass the information along to the screen printer. 🙄”
“Love Zero Merch, was super excited to get this as their T-shirts are always true to size. Only issue is it comes about a size smaller and unfortunately won't be able tonwear after one wash.”
“Service was good and the board is gorgeous. Would be 5 star but the subsequent service I got from UPS dragged the score down. They messed my order up multiple times making delivery 10 days late and greater additional cost to me as they couldn’t follow simple delivery instructions.”
