“I received my order very quickly; unfortunately, it was not the product I ordered. Now the product I ordered is sold out and the only solution offered by customer service was to return the wrong item for a refund. Super annoying.”
“Inconsistent material resulting in sizing issues. Description reads: 60/40 blend. Ordered a Large and it turned out to be 80% cotton, 20% polyester; which of course shrunk in 1 wash. Feeling like I might have misread the description, I reordered an XL…. Which showed up 50/50 blend and did not shrink at all. Had the L been 50/50; no issue. Won’t try again; too much of a gamble. Huge Zero fan. Won’t stop me from ordering decks, but probably won’t order apparel anymore. (Why are we still making 100% cotton shirts!? 50/50; always!)”
“In my country it is very difficult to find cool skateboard brands like Zero, you could only get the ugly replicas “made in Bangladesh/Colombia, etc.”, so I decided to import some stuff from your store in The US and oh, surprise! The merch I bought is “made in Nicaragua” with very poor manufacture. That’s really disappointing.”
“Ordered a signed Jamie Thomas dying to live skeleton, it arrived scratched due to not enough packing materials in the box, causing the board to rub against the side during shipping.”
“I really can’t leave a review about the product because I never received my item to know how great it is or isn’t. What is getting this 2 is the fact that there is no real customer service number or someone I can speak to. I had to send an email and just wait for however long it’s going to take to get a response and don’t even know if I will get my replacement before Xmas as this is an Xmas gift. Or if they will even replace it…”
“I paid extra for faster shipping and it came late, ten bucks wasted, probably ups fault but still something I paid for and did not receive. Board was good condition and beautiful as usual”
