“This is the worst delivery I've ever experienced. I still have not received the package because UPS tries to deliver it during work hours. Other carriers just leave it at the door. They say they've made their final attempt. So I still have no package. Also they are saying I owe another $60.78 in duty fees. This should have been charged at point of purchase. The final attempt has been made and they have not left an address where I can pick it up. How do I get refund. This is wrong. You also accepted the order without checking if the shirt I ordered was in stock. What is going on at zero?”
