“I bought a board for 110 dollars, they charged me twice, I emailed and they said the money will go back in a day, it never did. I emailed them a couple more times, they ignored me for a while and finally replied and said that there wasn’t even a second charge.. Huge waste of time and money.. literally.”

Back in the day, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive any stickers with the with my order and also the quality of the sweater wasn’t as great, and feels like I’m wearing a cardboard box over me. so now it’s officially used as a work sweater. “I ordered the board a few mins after they posted it on their site on Dec 17. They gave a tracking number on Dec23 and still has not been dropped off at the post office! Won’t order from here again. Takes to long to get your orders.”
“Haven’t even received it. Also the description on the site said presale starts the 17th boards would ship the 23rd and it’s now the second of January with nothing to show for it, not even an email for the matters at hand. First time I’ve been disappointed in Zero.”
“I have rarely dealt with a company with less customer service. They took more than two weeks to fulfill the order, then they shorted the order, claiming that one item was "sold out." Not surprising, as they probably fulfilled other orders that came in after mine with my t-shirt, but they were late responding to my email inquiry and never let me know, so that I might get something else. All in all, I won't be ordering from this company again.”
