“Well what can I say? It was a limited run of 150 boards and after they all sold out zero decided to make more, so that’s pretty stupid in my opinion. Regardless I’m happy to have gotten one. Also I don’t know why I was charged shipping since it was $150 and apparently if you spend over $110 on zero’s website it’s supposedly free but coming from the people that made a “limited edition” run and then turn around and made more of the exact same board immediately after the first ones sold out…. I’m not too surprised didn’t really support too much with the new artsy boards they make now anyway. Just was stoked to get assigned Bam and Phil board. I won’t support zero in the future though.”
“I bought a board for 110 dollars, they charged me twice, I emailed and they said the money will go back in a day, it never did. I emailed them a couple more times, they ignored me for a while and finally replied and said that there wasn’t even a second charge.. Huge waste of time and money.. literally.”
“As one of my favorite brands growing up, and always purchasing from black box dist. Back in the day, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive any stickers with the with my order and also the quality of the sweater wasn’t as great, and feels like I’m wearing a cardboard box over me. so now it’s officially used as a work sweater. “I got my board and whoever packed it replaced the bam stickers with the regular zero stickers... I was bummed out and immediately emailed zero with a photo just to never get a reply.”
“I ordered the board a few mins after they posted it on their site on Dec 17. They gave a tracking number on Dec23 and still has not been dropped off at the post office! Won’t order from here again. Takes to long to get your orders.”
“Haven’t even received it. Also the description on the site said presale starts the 17th boards would ship the 23rd and it’s now the second of January with nothing to show for it, not even an email for the matters at hand. First time I’ve been disappointed in Zero.”
“I have rarely dealt with a company with less customer service. They took more than two weeks to fulfill the order, then they shorted the order, claiming that one item was "sold out." Not surprising, as they probably fulfilled other orders that came in after mine with my t-shirt, but they were late responding to my email inquiry and never let me know, so that I might get something else. All in all, I won't be ordering from this company again.”

“I love The stickers. However I order 10 and only received 5. I rec A refund for 1 of the missing stickers but not the other 4. I would like to know how to get a refund for the other 4 $10 stickers that are missing. I have Reached out multiple times now.”
“Worse hats ever. Cheap foam. Packaging was really bad , hat is folded has creases . Worse purchase ever. I will remind myself to never order clothing online. It’s always a big fail.”
