I really can’t leave a review about the product because I never received my item to know how great it is or isn’t. What is getting this 2 is the fact that there is no real customer service number or someone I can speak to. I had to send an email and just wait for however long it’s going to take to get a response and don’t even know if I will get my replacement before Xmas as this is an Xmas gift. Or if they will even replace it…
