“Service was good and the board is gorgeous. Would be 5 star but the subsequent service I got from UPS dragged the score down. They messed my order up multiple times making delivery 10 days late and greater additional cost to me as they couldn’t follow simple delivery instructions.”
“It’s just a collectors item for me so it’s kinda frustrating that when I logged in as soon as the board went on sale the signed copies were already sold out within 5mins. You guys need to monitor bots or multiple accounts sending an item to the same address. I’ll end on a positive note and will say the board is beautiful, nice collab, I’ll look out for more.”
“the customs taxes were unfortunately calculated twice but apart from that. the board looks great in my living room with my 6 other decks. too bad there are more shop zero zt straye in”
“Rad company continually putting out classic graphics, as well as new designs that we know and love from the Zero army! Boards are feeling good and looking good, so don't hesitate to try one out! I'd recommend an 8.5 or 8.6 shape!”
“Great boards, fantastic graphics. Solid customer service, only small gripe is on delivery costs although that being said the delivery was fast and efficient.”
“Great product, fast shipping. Unfortunately, international shipping was not only really expensive but it also came with a surprise extra fee I had to pay for the product when it arrived.”
“I love Zero. I love everything they stand for. It's a small company with great people running the show. I'm no longer a skateboarder, but a huge fan and now I have the means to collect their work.
I bought the classic reaper board signed by Chris Cole. I might be nitpicking, but my only complaint is that the signed board wasn't numbered. Again, it's not much of an issue at all, but it would have been nice.
As far as my transaction goes, it was a very easy and effective process as always. I look forward to giving Chief and the crew my business again in the future.”
