The board arrived intact luckily because the box had been crushed. The packaging was nonexistent. The board was put in a box with no protection at all. No peanuts, air pillows or even some trash to help protect $90 board I purchased. It’s a skateboard… I know but let me be the one that destroys it. Shipping took longer than expected. Couple of days to create a label, few more days to get it to the carrier, then the disaster that is UPS had their way. I really like Zero and it’s products but their shipping department needs some work.
