I had traded successfully with Ziffit on three previous occasions and was paid promptly on receipt of my books and DVDs. The fourth time, the parcel was collected by DPD on the correct day and I heard nothing more until I got a reminder from Ziffit a couple of weeks later asking if I had forgotten to send my stuff. I got in touch and gave them the details of the collection and they immediately said they would send me the agreed price for my stuff and cancel the order as it could not be traced. I haven't yet received the cheque from them, but am confident it will arrive in the next few days. I am impressed with the way they handled the situation and feel confident to use them again.
