Complete false advertising of their services. Shambolic - four times in a row my collection failed because their courier didn't come, so my books still haven't been sent (and there's no other way) and I obviously haven't been paid. This is ludicrous.
For the other books I returned via Collect+ Ziffit decided that they'd only accept half so I got paid less than promised and I came get my books back they claim.
This service is extremely unreliable and vicious, complete waste of time and books. I am very disappointed.
