Avoid! Complete scam!
Sent a box of items to Ziffit, some of which were brand new DVDs not even opened. They rejected over half the items saying they were damaged. The items were perfect when they left me and had never even been used. No explanation was given to me as to how the items were damaged when in the possession of Ziffit and they have decided to ‘dispose’ of them so conveniently there is no evidence to support their reasons for rejection.
