We have sent in nearly 20 trades with ZIffit over the past 2 years. Almost all of the trades have gone really smoothly. On our last trade we noticed a higher number of "rejected" and "expired" items. When we contacted customer service, they were able to look into our problem and answered our questions in a timely and satisfactory manner. We will continue to trade with Ziffit as we are still downsizing a large and varied collection of books that we no longer have room for since we moved.
