Easy to use and prices for items better than other sites. Have used a number of times and been very happy. However, the last 2 trades I had items that were not accepted. I was really disappointed that Ziffit wouldn't accept these items as they were in great condition and 2 of them were a boxset of 3 DVDs. The reason given by Ziffit for not accepting these items was strange. I'm a bit hesitant to use again now which is such a shame.
