Unfortunately let down by the DPD courier collection. On two occasions the promised collection failed and I was annoyed by the explanations from DPD that the parcel wasn't ready (it was and they didn't call) and that there was no parcel to collect. It worked well on the third collection by a different DPD courier.
I have used Ziffit once before and it worked well.
