Easy to use, Ziffit accepted all but one of my trades and sent the money promptly. Pleased that my books and CDs will be re-used rather than sent to landfill. Recycling is good for all! Only criticism is I had to wait for a delivery driver to collect my box, I would rather have taken it to the shop to post
