Previously, when I submitted a buyback, you would say that the quote on many of my books was expired which was impossible because you received the buyback in a timely manner. I would then have to hassle with sending emails to you to get the money due me. Because of this I chose other agencies to sell my books even when Ziffit's quote was higher.
My last 2 buybacks with Ziffit were hassle free! I was paid what was originally quoted. My trust in your company is returning.
