Terrible - Two separate collections booked for different days, neither courier arrived and marked up as 'we couldn't contacted you'
On both occasion, I was waiting on the front step with my phone. The 'help' section on the app is automated so the only option is to re-book a collection, with no guarantee that will arrive either.... Maybe there is a curse on this house. Its like some thing from Kafka
