Prices paid are good. They do reject some items but I'm OK with that since some of the books that I send are borderline on quality. Payment is quick. Website is good (I use a barcode scanner and find it quicker than the App). Unfortunately we have big problems with the courier that they use - DPD - not collecting the boxes. It usually takes four or five attempts before they turn up. We have the same problem with DPD collection with other companies so that's not a criticism of Ziffit.
