The app is really easy to use and makes the process of scanning effortless. Arranged for pickup with DPD but unfortunately they failed on the first attempt as the driver went to a wrong address. Had to then wait until after the weekend to contact Ziffit and ask them to rearrange a collection. I heard back from them about a day after emailing them and all went smoothly from there.
