My latest order was processed and payment issued very quickly and all items accepted.
I use Ziffit several times a year and am generally happy with their service other than when they claim an item(s) has not been sent when I know for 100% certainty that it was in the box.
A lot more DVDs and CDs are refused these days but that's just a sign of the times. For what they accept prices are usually higher than the main competitor.
