I have traded with Ziffit and know what they will and will not accept
In my recent trade numerous dvds were rejected alleged water damaged or mold this was definitely not the case
Standard response from customer service stating items already recycled
Seriously considering not trading with Ziffit in the future
Also processing taking much longer
