Easy to use. It is worth checking books that have already been refused as sometimes more will be needed. It does take a while for the money to arrive now. It used to be quicker but I am wondering if this is linked to the courier service. I will continue to use Ziffit as it is an easy way to get rid of unwanted items and to make a bit of money.
