The whole process was very good from receiving my receipt when I dropped off my package to the money arriving in my bank account within five days. The only negative I would say is when the courier tracking service says 'delivered the package to World of Books' (not Ziffit as expected) there is a delay on the Ziffit tracking service which says 'not delivered to warehouse' for a few days! A minor point but it would make customers more contented if the Ziffit tracking service was updated as soon as the package has been delivered by the courier.
