Had the email acknowledging receipt of my books and confirming payment had been sent before I had even sent the box. I was still waiting for my box label to arrive in the post.....
Doesnt give me much confidence if you dont even know that items have arrived, and checking them for quality??.....mmmm...how if the box isnt even in the building yet???
