Very easy to use, and will be even quicker now that I've finally downloaded the app!
Accepted most of my books and DVDs, and because they were heavy I opted for the courier pick up this time, rather than taking them to the local drop off store. Courier arrived on time, no hassle. Ziffit kept me informed of progress and paid quickly. Very pleased!
