Very disappointed this time round. Only sent in twelve items, all packaged correctly in a small box and dropped off at a local collection point...however on my account it says ‘Not Received’ for four of those items. So not paid the full amount. That’s a third of my order missing! Where did they go? Emailed them and just got a stock reply saying it means they didn’t receive them!
